Event policies
- Student: ticket/QR code AND Student ID AND physical photo ID
- Guest: ticket/QR code AND photo ID
You MUST bring a photo ID to gain entry to our venues and it must show your date of birth to show proof of age.
You must also be 18 years of age and over to attend our events.
You can use the following as a photo ID:
- Passport
- International ID card
- Driving license
- BRP card or Home Office approved ID cards with the ‘PASS’ hologram on
Please note, you must bring the original document as we can not accept photocopies.
STRICTLY no physical photo ID, no entry.
Students cannot gain access to our venues for these events with just their Student ID.
Please keep your cloakroom card safe — it is required to retrieve your items. A replacement fee will apply for lost cloakroom cards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
